I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and strength-based, solution-focused approaches, but I’ll never throw jargon at you. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re going through, and work with you to create practical shifts that matter in your everyday life.
For me, it’s about helping you feel understood, giving you tools you can actually use, and reminding you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
