Through cultivating  a sense of curious listening, we will allow YOUR inner living truth to reveal itself... past intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, shame, and outdated beliefs. My passion is tapping into the creative impulse, to act by moving through what holds us back.

Freedom:

Living vibrantly and authentically, with the fear and ultimately, beyond it.

It is my calling to provide clarity, accountability, and support for people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs. I have applied lived experience with difficult life events, loss of loved ones, grief, depression, anger, anxiety, procrastination, rumination, hardship, and recovery as gifts to growth.

What has worked for my own vitality is an integrative and practical approach. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Circling, Attachment theory, Yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, journaling, Unified Mindfulness, mantra work, self-inquiry, self-kindness, intuitive movement, community, and imaginal exercises.

These frameworks are extremely useful tools. Ultimately, the next step back to wholeness is intuitive and simple. We will start from the truth of your experience and go from there.
