My hope for my client is to feel they are in a safe, positive space with me. Throughout our journey I strive to maintain a non-judgmental, person centered therapeutic approach while utilizing CBT, Mindfulness based therapy, and more . My goal is to support you along the way to better health and happiness while I join you on your journey to health, healing and happiness.

We are each on our own path, and it is through our relationships and experiences with self, others, and the world around us that we begin to grow and heal. Life itself can hold us back from engaging in the growth and change we wish to see. Whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, whether it be generational trauma, issues with attachment, struggling with your spirituality, depression, or any other distressing experience, I will walk the path with you, as I believe healing is a journey in which you do not have to walk alone.

Katie Lingle

Healing is about becoming who you truly are. My goal is to help you heal from your past trauma to help you tap into your true self. My approach is to build a strong rapport to help create an open environment where you feel trusted, safe, and heard. My clinical interests include anxiety/ depression, relationships, sports, and spirituality.

As a former college athlete, I have a passion for helping athletes work past their anxiety and learn more about what their identity is outside of their sport. I am interested in working with athletes at all levels no matter what their different struggles may be.

Tayler Taylor

Considering therapy? I specialize in anxiety, depression, rebuilding self esteem, self-care, relationship issues (building trust, forgiveness, strengthening communication, learning how to love yourself, dynamics and more). My hope is for you to feel heard in a safe, positive, and nonjudgmental space. With my practice, I use a person centered approach while utilizing many different interventions like Mindfulness, Role Play, CBT, MI, Homework, Meditation as well as traditional talk therapy! My goal is to build a therapeutic trusting relationship with you, so that I can support you along the way to better health and happiness.
