Our holistic approach focuses on cultivating flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, both on and off the yoga mat. Choose from workshops, events, or private sessions, all with an inclusive atmosphere. Instructors guide participants through a variety of yoga styles, tailoring each session to individual needs. Reiki is the ancient Japanese practice of energy healing. Trained and certified Reiki practitioners provide hands-on or distant energy transfers to clients, aiming to balance and align the body's energy centers, known as chakras. Sessions typically involve gentle touch or hovering hands over specific areas, inducing a state of deep relaxation and promoting overall well-being.

Butler, this group isn’t just motivation; it’s the roadmap and the support you need to turn your “I wish” into “I will.” Think of it as a powerhouse of brainstorming, real strategies, and shared triumphs—all in a space filled with encouragement and good energy.

We meet one Monday per month with a maximum of seven members, creating an intimate environment where you can dig deep, share authentically, and walk away with practical steps for manifesting your goals. And at just $45 per session or $265 for six, this is a chance to invest in the version of you that’s ready to live your dreams.

Need to unwind or soothe some aches and pains? Our massage therapists create a serene experience that melts away tension; reduces stress, anxiety, and depression; improves sleep; relieves muscle pain and tightness; and enhances overall well-being.

The OPUS SoundBed is an innovative tool to help you de-stress and relax. As you enjoy meditations, healing frequencies, or music, the SoundBed creates a full somatic experience of low-frequency vibrations throughout your body. Through the OPUS Emotional Fitness Platform, you can explore journeys and live experiences, as well as connect with guides and a supportive community. The SoundBed is also a wonderful complement to other modalities, such as meditation and breathwork. We offer both single SoundBed sessions and treatment packages.
